Workforce Logistics is a management consultancy
offering services in the design, development and
maintenance of
flexible working and
annualised hours working schemes.
From June 2006 it incorporates the practice of Philip
Lynch.
Clients include companies and organisations in both
private and public sectors.

The company is managed by Dr Ken Beaumont, who
has 15 years experience working as a consultant within the flexible working
and annualised hours arena.
Our Principal Consultants are:

Ken spent 20 years employed within the education, chemical, energy and
health sectors before pursuing a consultancy career in 1991.
He has worked with several consultancy organisations over the last 15
years, including directorships of Belmont Management Consulting Ltd and
Smart Consulting Ltd. He was also a Partner in the People Enhancement
Partnership and Philip Lynch Working Time Consultants.
Ken was a consultant member of the team who designed and implemented
annual hours working at
MD Foods in 1997.
Since then he has designed schemes for many clients.

Philip Lynch is the best-known name in
flexible working and
annual hours consulting, & has been
dubbed the "father of annual hours"
Philip implemented
annual hours when working within the
paper industry in 1982, and, recognising the potential for other sectors of
the economy, he set up Philip Lynch Associates (later re-badged as PLA)
operating from offices in York between 1985 and 2001.
Since that time
Philip has been Senior Partner in Philip Lynch Working Time Consultants and
a director of Smart Consulting Ltd.
Ken and Philip have worked together closely since 2001.
